Dear Jaimie,
It is my pleasure and honour to speak on my experience with Murphy Designs.

The first day that I met Jaimie, she was fully pregnant due to give birth to her second daughter at any given time. At first glance I was totally aware of her loyalty and commitment to providing excellent client service and over the many projects that she has worked with me on, she has never disappointed me. I have many testimonials that I could provide but in light of space I am only going to site two.
Jaime’s first task with me was to fix my lap top computer, an impossible task given that three computer technicians had worked on it long enough to tell me that I needed a new computer. Within five hours Jaimie had my computer fully functioning and provided a guarantee with her work. This act of client commitment itself is not only unusual in today’s world, but extinct.

The second amazing level of Jaime’s commitment to client loyalty and service happened over the weekend that she went into labour. I had asked Jaimie to design a very large marketing piece and she had a very short deadline to complete the design before it had to go to print. When she went into labour half way through the design process, I suggested that I find another designer to complete the work. She absolutely refused to give up before the task was completed. She was fully aware that her work would produce the best finished product for me, plus that her rates would be far less than what I would  pay in the community.

Jaimie is both a gift and one of Nova Scotia’s best kept secrets from the design world and believe I have tried a lot of them from Nova Scotia to Calgary .
